Our Apex weight lifting machines are deployed for a total body workout in a minimum amount of time.

- Lat Pull-down
- Lat Row
- Bicep Curl
- Chin/Dip/Leg raise station
- Adjustable Sit-up station
And if you prefer free weights:
- Bench Press
- Power Rack/Squat Rack
- Adjustable Bench (generally for use with dumbbells)
- Dumbbells (5-70 lbs in 5 lb increments, 80, 90, 100 lbs)
