Friday: 4:00-8:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00-6:00 pm
Sunday: 12:00-7:30 pm
In the Zone no longer has batting cages.
In the Zone is a 22,000 Square foot Multi Sport Training Complex which features 3 full basketball courts, a fitness center, cheerleading mats, a performance training area, and a snack bar. In the Zone is committed to providing a positive training experience for athletes and their families in a safe, friendly atmosphere. ITZ is open to the public for walk-in customers; no membership is required. The basketball courts are also open to the public for $7/person/hour but availability for the courts is limited due to tournaments, team rentals, parties, etc. Again, it is best to call ahead. Most other areas are for rental only and typically require a reservation.
